You've probably noticed how rarely I update my LJ nowadays. Each post takes a while to type out, and it is frustrating because I have a lot to say.
So I had the idea to start a twitter account and just jot down ideas, observations, and small incidents that can't be made into a full article. I don't really know how to use Twitter just yet, but I'm learning. For someone like me, who tends to lecture, brevity can be difficult. But at least it means that some of those ideas don't go entirely unrecorded.
If you want to check it out:

Yeah, I know, I'd have to move about ten yards to the west to be in Dayton proper, but it's the nearest big city, so... Also notice "Autie" rather than "Aspie"--because, let's face it, I've never been diagnosable as Asperger's, not with the adaptive skills delays and decidedly weird early language, no matter how much I fit the idea of the little professor. Plus, even if I had been, I think it's about time we recognized that Asperger's is autism; it's just a stereotype of the sub-group of autistic people who seem more nerdy than withdrawn. I'm kinda sick of the Aspie/Autie thing; can't we all just say we're in it together?

I hope this doesn't stop you from continuing to write on LJ. I like your long-form posts.
Yes, I'll definitely still be writing here. There are many things I want to talk about that simply don't fit into such a tiny space.
I'm glad to hear that you will continue using your LJ.
